No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any services, bookings, or purchases made through youonlinetherapy.com This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the service provided. By completing a purchase or booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.
Rescheduling Your Booking
While we do not issue refunds, we understand that conflicts may arise. You may reschedule your booking under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must submit your request to reschedule your booking at least 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment or event date.

How to Reschedule: All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@youonlinetherapy.com

Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability for a future date and time.

Limit: You may be limited to 1 reschedule per original booking.

Late Requests: Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will not be accommodated, and you will forfeit your payment.
Exceptions
YOU Online Clinical Hypnosis Therapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., inclement weather, staff emergency, venue unavailability). In such rare cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule your booking to a new available date or receive a full credit for future services.
