Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy that combines hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and psychotherapy to identify and address the root cause of a problem, rather than just the symptoms. It aims to provide fast, lasting change, often within one to three sessions, by delving into the subconscious to reframe negative beliefs and thought patterns. A key component is a personalized audio recording created for the client to reinforce the positive changes.
How it works
-
Identifying the root cause:
While in this state, the therapist helps the client uncover the origin of their issue by revisiting past events and exploring the beliefs they formed at the time.
-
Reframing and reprogramming:
The client and therapist work together to understand and reframe these limiting beliefs. New, positive patterns are then established to rewire the mind for success.
-
Personalized audio recording:
At the end of the session, a personalized audio recording is created. The client listens to this recording daily for about three weeks to reinforce the new beliefs and achieve lasting change.
-
Accessing the subconscious:
The process involves guiding the client into a deeply relaxed state, often using hypnotherapy, to access the subconscious mind.
What RTT can help with
RTT is used to address a wide range of issues, including:
-
Emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem
-
Health and wellness goals such as weight management, overcoming addiction, and improving sleep
-
Performance and career goals like building confidence and focus
-
Relationship concerns
-
Fears and phobias
Key differences from traditional therapy
-
Focus on root cause:
Unlike therapies that focus solely on symptoms, RTT is designed to find and resolve the underlying issues that cause the problem.
-
Speed and efficiency:
RTT is described as "rapid," with many clients seeing results in a single session.
-
Active reframing:
RTT goes beyond simple positive suggestions by helping clients understand why negative beliefs were formed and actively reprogramming them
