  • services provided by YOU Online Clinical Hypnosis Therapy® are for self-improvement and behavioral modification, not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment, diagnosis, or cure of any disease or disorder.

  • Clients with existing medical or mental health conditions must seek advice from their qualified healthcare professional and may need written approval from their physician before starting hypnosis.

  • I am a certified hypnotherapist, not a licensed medical or psychological professional.

  • After booking a session you will be sent an intake form. You are required to answer all questions on the intake form and your signature is required giving consent to therapy with YOU Online Clinical Hypnosis Therapy®.

  • The benefits of online therapy allows individuals to receive treatment from home, overcoming geographical barriers, saving time and travel costs, and the ability to be in a more comfortable environment. 

  • You must have a secure internet connection.

  •  Both parties agree to record sessions without written consent.

  •  YOU Online Clinical Hypnosis Therapy® is bound by HIPPA regulations and laws.

  • Mandated reporting requirements: Imminent risk of harm to self or others, and knowledge of child or elder abuse or neglect.

Client Responsibilities

  • Must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Must be in a private, safe environment with a stable internet connection during sessions.

  • Must not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs during sessions.

  • Must follow guidance notes (e.g., "never listen to hypnosis sessions while driving or operating machinery").

  • SUCCESS depends on personal effort and motivation, and no guarantees of outcome are made.
